An okish effect on hair
I have bit dry and frizzy hair. Tried this shampoo for 3-4 washes now but my hair are still frizzy and got all tangled up. Had expected much better results. Even the dove shampoo makes my hair much softer than this one.

Packaging issues
Why is the product coming with a broken cap? It does not even fix back properly. It does not seem like it is even part of the product, not like what’s on the picture. Don’t know why the product is being sold like this. I really love this product so decided to get a bigger bottle, but I’m disappointed with the packaging.

Good but not great!
Moisture line is not really helping with dry and thin hair. I feel volume was a great choice. Should say it smells fab and lathers really well.

The bottle was not sealed
Such an expensive product should be well sealed to ensure its not adulterated.
