Nah…..
I bought this last week. This is my honest review. it has matte finish but doesnt feel tacky or something. it glides on skin very smoothly . But things you need to understand is .1. Iam not sure how effective it is under the sun. it doesnt give proper protection2. the roller may stop working after few days.so dont want to buy it again.
