Cap of the container was loose.
The media could not be loaded.
Overall the quality is good, but the cap of the conatiner was loose and the serum was spilled out of the bootle.

Doesn’t work
It doesn’t work in my acne prone oily skin. No oil control no acne control also feels like white heads have increased. So I feel bad for purchasing this product. This is review after 2.5 week of using this product. I’m tired of expecting the result.
